Investments in Dreams: Armenia Presents the Best Projects at TOON EXPO-2025 in Moscow
For the first time, Moscow will host the international exhibition and sale of Armenian real estate TOON EXPO-2025
YEREVAN, June 16. News-Armenia. For the first time, Moscow will host the international exhibition and sale of Armenian real estate TOON EXPO-2025. The event will take place from June 27 to 29, organized by Big Projects. Read about the key projects, the goals of the exhibition, and why Armenian real estate, particularly unique projects like Goght Urban Valley, are attracting special interest from Russians and others in the interview with Diana Garoyan, co-founder of Big Projects and head of marketing and public relations, for News-Armenia.
"News-Armenia" - TOON EXPO-2025 in Moscow is the first foreign experience for the exhibition. Why now?
D. Garoyan - Yes, for the first time, the TOON EXPO exhibition will be held outside Armenia. Previously, we held the exhibition four times in Yerevan, and each time it received great interest. People come to understand what is happening in the market, learn about discounts, compare offers from developers, and, of course, choose housing. We noticed that many visitors from Moscow, including representatives of the Armenian diaspora, come to us. So it was logical to bring the exhibition to them.
"News-Armenia" - What are the scales of the upcoming exhibition?
D. Garoyan - We will present about 50 projects in 30 pavilions. Over three days, visitors will be able to receive consultations, compare properties, and communicate with developer representatives. Even if they do not make a decision on the spot, it is a good base for future purchases.
"News-Armenia" - How did the idea of holding TOON EXPO in Moscow arise?
D. Garoyan - We noticed that at TOON EXPO exhibitions, we usually have many visitors from Moscow, including representatives of the Armenian diaspora. They come to Yerevan specifically during the exhibition days to familiarize themselves with all available real estate offers in one place, rather than walking around construction sites. We realized that people are interested in this. Additionally, TOON EXPO is an international project, and it makes sense for it to eventually go beyond Armenia. However, the exhibition must maintain its concept and logic by presenting real estate specifically from our country. The focus is mainly on Armenian real estate because our goal is to attract investments from the diaspora into Armenia.
"News-Armenia" - Will only real estate in Yerevan be presented at the exhibition in Moscow, or will there also be regional properties?
D. Garoyan - Mainly, yes, it is real estate in Yerevan. But we also have regional projects represented in Dilijan and Tsaghkadzor. Hotel complexes and residences are being built there. These are attractive investment directions, especially for those who want to invest in tourism.
"News-Armenia" - One of the standout participants of TOON EXPO-2025 in Moscow is the unprecedented project Goght Urban Valley in the Kotayk region. In your opinion, what makes it interesting for Russian buyers?
D. Garoyan - Goght Urban Valley participates in TOON EXPO for the second time. At exhibitions in Yerevan, it has always stood out with its original concept in design. The Goght cottage community is one of those exceptional projects for people tired of the noise of the megapolis. It is located just 30 minutes from Yerevan but offers complete seclusion with nature. It has thoughtful infrastructure: cafes, shops, a school, and salons. In short, everything modern people need is available here. Goght has already become popular with Russians visiting Armenia and local residents as well.
"News-Armenia" - What makes it especially attractive for Russian buyers?
D. Garoyan - It combines comfort and nature, tranquility and developed infrastructure. Goght has become a pioneer in investments beyond Yerevan. And the view of Mount Ararat makes it not just a place to live, but a dream.
"News-Armenia" - Is the cultural and tourist value of the location important?
D. Garoyan - Absolutely. Goght is located near Garni and Geghard — important historical and cultural landmarks. This adds to the project's attractiveness for tourism investors.
"News-Armenia" - What types of properties will be represented at the exhibition in Moscow?
D. Garoyan - Everything will be represented: apartments, houses, cottages, land plots, and commercial real estate. We are targeting not only end buyers but also investors looking for attractive projects for investment.
"News-Armenia" - What is the price segment of the offered real estate?
D. Garoyan - Initially, we targeted only the premium segment, but there are also developers offering economy and business-class real estate. However, the premium segment remains a priority.
