Majestic Armenian mountains and clean air: the project for the cultural center was presented in Goght Urban Valley

The presentation of the social and cultural center GOGHT URBAN VALLEY, a project that is already setting new standards for the quality of life, took place on September 20. Goght Urban Valley is a unique combination of urban culture and eco-environment, which is being built in the Goght Valley, just 33 km from the Armenian capital.

What is a cultural center? 

This is more than “culture” in the conventional sense of the word. This is a space where the ideal life scenario is staged. The social and cultural center in Goght Urban Valley is a large green area located among a fabulously beautiful apricot garden, where every resident or guest feels calm and comfortable.

More than two hundred people attended the presentation of the center, including representatives of the business community and government authorities, members of Club Capital, media representatives and future residents of the complex.

There was live music, toasts were made at the tables, people got to know each other, everyone present was in a great mood. And even the rain that started could not disturb the warm and cozy atmosphere of the holiday.

All speakers emphasized the scale of the project, noting that it is unique for Armenia.

“Goght Urban Valley is not just a place to live, but a new way of life that redefines the concept of a “country house,” said Arev Samuelyan, architect, cultural heritage specialist, and head of the QUADRUM bureau.

According to her, the project offers an unprecedented combination of natural beauty, cultural heritage and modern amenities. 

“This integrated approach to organizing living space sets Goght Urban Valley apart from other suburban housing projects,” says Samuelyan.

As noted by Anna Urnova, an expert on strategy, positioning and development of territories, a former partner of the Moscow Urban Center, Goght Urban Valley implements the “city within a city” principle.

Residents do not need to travel to the city to attend a concert, spa center, fitness club, restaurant, kindergarten, school or receive medical services. Grigor Arakelyan, President of Club Capital, emphasized that the uniqueness of this project also lies in the fact that all the conditions for a comfortable life here are created in harmony with nature.
